Delays: Mango Kulfi is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier partner issues.
Return & Refund
Return Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom designs and personalized orders cannot be returned unless defective.
Refunds: Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the item.
Exchange: Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted as the printing process begins.
