  1. General Terms and Conditions
  • Company Name: Mango Kulfi operates under the proprietary registered business name Manodasha.
  • Business Model: Mango Kulfi offers graphic-printed products & home & lifestyle products through a Print-On-Demand (POD) model, bulk sourcing & business vendors. All products are custom-made and designed in alignment with our brand ethos.
  • Eligibility: Customers must be 18 years or older to place an order.
  1. Ordering Process
  • Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. Since products are printed on demand, slight variations in design or color may occur.
  • Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent. Orders cannot be modified after 24 hours.
  • Custom Designs: For custom or bulk orders, customers can contact our support team at support@manodasha.com or message in WhatsApp at +91 9591117490.
  1. Payments
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and wallet payments.
  • Pricing: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
  1. Shipping Policy
  • Shipping Timeline: Order processing time is 2-5 business days. Delivery time depends on the location and typically ranges from 5-10 business days.
  • Tracking: A tracking link will be provided once the order is shipped.
  • Shipping Partners: We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery.
  • Delays: Mango Kulfi is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or courier partner issues.
  1. Returns and Refunds
  • Return Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom designs and personalized orders cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Refunds: Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the item.
  • Exchange: Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  1. Cancellations
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted as the printing process begins.

  • All designs and content on Mango Kulfi are owned by Manodasha. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

  1. Dispute Resolution : In case of disputes, customers agree to attempt resolution via negotiation before seeking legal recourse. All disputes will be governed by the laws of Karnataka and resolved in the jurisdiction of Bangalore.
  1. Amendments: Mango Kulfi reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
